SMARTTECH 3D optical devices will present their lates 24Mpix 3D scannner on TCT SHow

SMARTTECH "MICRON3D color" - first 24 Mpix detector resolution 3D scanner to be presented on TCT Show in Birmingham 2015.

For the first time in UK - SMARTTECH is going to take part in the most well known fairs for 3D printing and 3D scanning application. Fairs gives us the best opportunity to introduce our technologies to British people as well as to show the world the most advanced solution dedicated for national heritage digitization, available on the market.

SMARTTECH ltd - is going to present their latest 3D scanner Micron3D ARCHEO on TCT Show 2015 in Birmingham on booth G46.

Latest 3D scanner is equipped with the highest available on the market detector resolution of 24 Megapixel, that gathers 24 millions of points with RGB value for each point - which describes shape and color of measured object. Thanks to such high resolution we get 400 points that presents a single square millimeter of measured surface for the most universal Field of view - 300 x 400mm.

Such resolution allows the researches to gather the structure of clothes and other complex materials that relics might be made of. 3D scanner detector is so sensitive that it can easily scan shiny or dark objects.

Like previous model "ARCHEO" - "MICRON3D color" Gathers true color of scanned objects what in digitization of national heritage is significant. Detector is available to recognize over 30 milions of color described by RGB.

Just like other SMARTTECH3D scanners - MICRON3D color" is calibrated according to VDI/VDE 2634 part 2 norm.

Thanks to new version of SMARTECH software: user is available to visualize over 200 000 000 of points with a speed of 5 fps and without a risk of computer crash. Furthermore possibility to choose automate STL data extension minimizes end-user's involvement on data post-processing which is very important thinking of 3D scanning in archeology and 3D printing. Fully featured New version of software is given to every 3D scanner without additional charge.

Alike industrial micron -"color" version has: resistant for temperature fluctuations a carbon housing and supportive structure , as well as changeable dustproof filters that allows to provide 3D scanning directly on excavations without possibility to damage sensitive interior. Furthermore it can be easily transported in solid hard case or on mobile tripod.

3D scanner can be integrated with rotary stage, as well as shadeless lighting system.
