1. A hydraulic Speed & feed pre-setting device is adopted to reduce the down-time.
2. Controls of spindle forward & reverse rotating, stop (brake), speed & feed changing and idle running are available with only one lever.
3. All controls are centralized at an ease of a access location for convenience.
4. Light and sensitive movement of spindle head & arm.
5. Hydraulic rhombic clamping device is applied for clamping spindle head, radial arm and columns resulting large clamping force, minor displacement of the spindle.
6. Case-hardened of the surfaces for upper guide way of the arm, the quill and the column surfaces for mounting the roller bearings so as to prolong the servicing life.
7. A releasing wrench is supplied for removing the tools conveniently.
8. Complete safety guides are employed for the machine which includes safety nut and electrical protector for the column, safety ball clutch for the feed mechanism, dustproof rings for the column and grounding for the electrical equipment etc. ensuring the machine to be operated in security.
